EDIT: I still think the services are a bit pricey, but in looking back on my old review and in light of recent service, I need to say that the stuff I asked for on two separate occasions was done as quickly as possible and professionally, and went super quick from scheduling to being finished with the appointment. I’m very pleased with all that was done to fix up our kitchen and bring things up to code. That warrants bumping my 4 to a 5, but I’ll leave my original thoughts below after my first service appointment which might’ve been a bit premature considering how much I appreciate the quick and solid work for the time and money spent. A bit expensive but they came out at my convenience, laid out potential packages, listened to my concerns about the work, and completed installing my new 50-amp line fully across the house within the day. If you want it done right now it’s hard to beat Chesapeake’s timing and service.

Paul, is the guy!! Helpful knowledgeable and commitment to providing us with quality work! Conducted a safety inspection with a detailed (no up sale) approach to work that was needed now or later! I feel alot at easy after his services. Also cared for my child well being by to offering pressure outlets. I would recommend him to anyone!! Paul is H.I.M!! ( N.Y knick fan welcomed in my house)

From the original sales visit/estimator visit, through site survey, interface with business office, and now, the Day 1 generator install, the Chesapeake team has been great ! Derek & the install crew obviously have strong expertise and they were prompt, friendly, polite and engaging, offering clear and detailed answers to our questions. The interface with Derek was the single most positive contractor experience we have ever had ! If this is consistently the culture at Chesapeake, we’re looking forward to a long relationship with the company ! Many thanks !
