Mr. M. Greene was the technician that provided services today. After I pointed out the issue he readily diagnosed what the problems were and advised me on recommendations. He educated me on current codes for fire and C02 monitors. He was able to not only efficiently update my monitors but to also install fire/C02 monitors to all bedrooms. After Mr. Greene completed the installations, he demonstrated how to carry out monthly tests and explained other features of the new monitors. I thank him for a job WELL DONE! My home is now in compliance with fire/C02 safety codes. G. Moye.

I hired Chesapeake Electric to convert 7 recessed lights to LED and hang a new light fixture. Kevin was my technician. Someone else was with him but I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. Both were very well spoken, friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin explained the work that would be done and helped me decide on the color temperature and brightness of the LED lights. I was a little indecisive but Kevin was patient with me. Kevin did an inspection of my home and found that the service panel outside was badly damaged. He recommended that it be replaced and explained why. He came back the next day and repaired it and swapped out two breakers. Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was done. I especially appreciated Kevin’s willingness to take the time to explain the work so that I could understand what would be done. I will definitely use this company again.

Chesapeake has always been prompt and professional whenever I have called them. Today I had a relatively new employee, named Zachary, who was terrific--obviously well trained, professional, answered any question I had, and did a thorough job of explaining exactly what he was going to do to address my needs. He did an excellent job, left the job site in great shape, and was a real pleasure to deal with. Chesapeake should hang on to him!

These guys were fantastic. After calling 2 other electricians with no success, I called Chesapeake Electric. They came in less than 4 hours and right on time! The nicest people and super professional! They provided a detailed explanation of the problem and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised throughout my experience with Chesapeake Electric. Another service had scheduled and cancelled my appointment within 24 hours leaving me with a short window to deal with an issue. Chesapeake had me scheduled in short order and my Service Crew Ethan and Tre ( sp not certain sorry), were great. Courteous and competent throughout the service call. I got my money's worth with the trouble shooting AND we got a lot done in 1 day!. There was even an unanticipated hiccup that resulted in Ethan needing to double back to troubleshoot and fix a fix, which he did graciously and in a timely fashion. I was impressed by Ethan and therefore with the company, happy employees make good customer service experiences, this was a lovely marriage of technical competence and excellent service. Thank You.
