Mike was great! Very friendly and personable. He came and diagnosed a complex electrical issue we were having with multiple rooms and outlets without power. He gave us a complimentary safety inspection and made some great recommendations to help ensure our home was up to code. He found some other wiring issues while making our repairs and ensured he cut out and replaced the damaged wiring. We will be reaching out again for future services to update our smoke detectors and install recessed lighting.

Chesapeake Electric provided exceptional service from appointment scheduling to the electrical technician, Logan, who performed the service for me. I called on Monday and they were able to squeeze me in on Wednesday. Logan was prompt, courteous, professional, experienced and thorough.

Called and spoke to someone right away. She was new and still learning but she was polite and able to help me right away. We needed an outside outlet added at the office. They came out the next day. Introduced themselves to everyone and got right to work. They did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient. The new outlet looks great and works very well. I had emails and texts about the appointment and reminders and updates on when they would arrive. The entire experience was above and beyond.
