This was the best experience that I have had with a contractor in some time. They were on time, kept me informed of the work they were doing during the day. I was given options as to what they thought was needed now, what could be put off and what they suggested in the future. I had complete trust in what they suggested and the work they were performing. Christian and his coworker, Trevor, were excellent! I was so pleased with their integrity and work ethic that I signed up for Chesapeake's service warranty. I will definitely call Chesapeake in the future and highly recommend their services.

Chesapeake Electric dispatched Kevin Parker to perform a couple of electrical upgrades in our home. He was on time and came prepared with a well stocked service truck. Kevin was extremly polite and professional. The work was done in a timley manner and to our satisfaction. We will request him for any future electrical needs in our home.

Kris clearly explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was able to do an additional repair at the same time. I received a call from Chesapeake the following day after requesting service. The company called me a few times to see if I wanted to reschedule due to cancelations. Mike called prior to arrival and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was able to provide 2 different quotes and I agreed to the more comprehensive service. He completed the job the same day. I called to go over the service the next day and he took time while he was on another job to answer my questions. Mike was professional and informative. Overall it was a very positive experience.
