A quick google search of "best electricians near me" provided me with Chesapeake Electric, and I am glad it did! From setting up the appointment to my electrician (Aaron), the company was awesome and made short work of my project. I will be using them time and time again!

I hired Chesapeake Electric to convert 7 recessed lights to LED and hang a new light fixture. Kevin was my technician. Someone else was with him but I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. Both were very well spoken, friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin explained the work that would be done and helped me decide on the color temperature and brightness of the LED lights. I was a little indecisive but Kevin was patient with me. Kevin did an inspection of my home and found that the service panel outside was badly damaged. He recommended that it be replaced and explained why. He came back the next day and repaired it and swapped out two breakers. Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was done. I especially appreciated Kevin’s willingness to take the time to explain the work so that I could understand what would be done. I will definitely use this company again.

After some electrical troubles came up, I knew exactly who to turn to. I have trusted this company before, and specifically one of their electrician’s, Ian. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain what is wrong and the different solutions he can offer. Never pushy about selling additional work, and does fantastic work. When I need more electrical work done, I’ll be back again!

I wish all companies were this professional. From the moment I called until the work was finished I couldn't have been happier. Ethan Payne was the gentleman that completed the work at my house. He was very professional, respectful of my property, and showed me everything he was doing to do before starting and once the work was completed. He made sure I was 100% satisfied. If I need any more electrical work in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call and will definitely be asking for Ethan!

Friendly, professional, and quick while maintaining quality work. My tech, Paul, also had no issues answering all my pestering questions and explaining everything to me. What more could you ask for? Would highly recommend to others.
