Tyler and Daniel were at our house today for our annual inspection. We had 4 concerns of our own. Tyler and Daniel thoroughly inspected our home and looked into our concerns. Both gentlemen were polite and very professional. They both took time to explain things to us and we feel confident that Chespeake Electronic will keep us safe going forward. Our home is over 40 years old, but our electric is entirely up to date.

When Mike arrived I had a long laundry list of work that was needed at our 42 year old house. Plugs and switches were all original to the house, smoke alarms needed to be brought up to code, an upgrade of our electrical box was needed as well as the wire coming in from the service. I also wanted three new light fixtures, two ceiling fans installed in the Master, and a box installed to clean up wires behind the TV. Mike was always punctual and very respectful of us and our property. With the help of Terry and Kevin the job took four days. We are very happy with the results. This is not my first time using Chesapeake Electric, and I am sure I will be calling them again when there is a need. I highly recommend this company.

Chesapeake led the project to mitigate a major panel problem on a house I was selling. The previous owner diy’ed the panel and failed to follow code. The issue went unnoticed during our inspection and until we had accepted an offer/underwent an FHA inspection several years later. This was incredibly stressful, as we needed to coordinate permits and involvement with Pepco while also making sure the work was done quickly and correctly to get as close to the original close date as possible.

The owner, Ryan, was responsive from day 1 and handled everything with incredible efficiency. He took what could have been a 2-3 month ordeal and made it happen so we could transfer ownership by only delaying close by 1 week. I can’t stress how much easier things were working with Chesapeake than with the previous electrician we had plan the job. Him and his team kept our stress down and made it happen.

They were worth every penny and all I can say is if you want something done right and on time, these are your guys.
