My technician was Tyler Knox and he was great. He came out and installed a new Ring doorbell. He was super friendly, super knowledgeable and he made me feel like he genuinely cared about me and my needs. 5 stars all around and I will recommend Chesapeake Electric to everyone I know.

They were quick and offered multiple options at different price points to get the work done once I explained what I wanted. The team was professional and knowledgeable. I will use them for future projects. Update: Tyler came back out on an emergency with my truck and helped a ton. Great people and kept my coffee truck up and running. The tech assigned to work on my main issue, ground marking for junction box along fence, was superb in every way. From the onset, he made me feel comfortable in answering my questions and concerns. In addition, he pointed out some hidden problems and then prepared estimates at different levels. Casey is a very professional service technician who is knowledgeable in his work and very patience with explanations as required. I am glad Chesapeake Electric sent him. Great job!
