I hired Chesapeake Electric to convert 7 recessed lights to LED and hang a new light fixture. Kevin was my technician. Someone else was with him but I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. Both were very well spoken, friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin explained the work that would be done and helped me decide on the color temperature and brightness of the LED lights. I was a little indecisive but Kevin was patient with me. Kevin did an inspection of my home and found that the service panel outside was badly damaged. He recommended that it be replaced and explained why. He came back the next day and repaired it and swapped out two breakers. Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was done. I especially appreciated Kevin’s willingness to take the time to explain the work so that I could understand what would be done. I will definitely use this company again.

Chesapeake Electric provided exceptional service from appointment scheduling to the electrical technician, Logan, who performed the service for me. I called on Monday and they were able to squeeze me in on Wednesday. Logan was prompt, courteous, professional, experienced and thorough.

Called and spoke to someone right away. She was new and still learning but she was polite and able to help me right away. We needed an outside outlet added at the office. They came out the next day. Introduced themselves to everyone and got right to work. They did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient. The new outlet looks great and works very well. I had emails and texts about the appointment and reminders and updates on when they would arrive. The entire experience was above and beyond.

Great service from Chesapeake Electric. I’ve tried other companies because they were less expensive but they came unprepared and charged for showing up that way. Kevin from Chesapeake Electric was on time, did the work, and cleaned up his work area afterwards. The other company left debris all around. Kevin was professional, experienced, and prepared. It wasn’t inexpensive but going for the low bid in the past ended up costing me more in the long run. I have confidence in this company and Kevin. I would highly recommend them.
