Called and spoke to someone right away. She was new and still learning but she was polite and able to help me right away. We needed an outside outlet added at the office. They came out the next day. Introduced themselves to everyone and got right to work. They did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient. The new outlet looks great and works very well. I had emails and texts about the appointment and reminders and updates on when they would arrive. The entire experience was above and beyond.

The technician (Zack) was extremely thorough when diagnosing the electrical problem and recommending the best solution to fix it. He appeared very knowledgeable and helped explain the issue and solution so that we understood exactly what needed fixed. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

From the original sales visit/estimator visit, through site survey, interface with business office, and now, the Day 1 generator install, the Chesapeake team has been great ! Derek & the install crew obviously have strong expertise and they were prompt, friendly, polite and engaging, offering clear and detailed answers to our questions. The interface with Derek was the single most positive contractor experience we have ever had ! Chesapeake has always been prompt and professional whenever I have called them. Today I had a relatively new employee, named Zachary, who was terrific--obviously well trained, professional, answered any question I had, and did a thorough job of explaining exactly what he was going to do to address my needs. He did an excellent job, left the job site in great shape, and was a real pleasure to deal with. Chesapeake should hang on to him!
