Ceiling Fan Installation

I was very happy with my recent experience working with Chesapeake electric. They quickly resolved two issues I was having in my home and then also completed a project I have wanted to have done the following day. They were timely, professional, competent, and there was great communication with updates related to their arrival time. It was very easy to schedule both appointments. Paul, Logan, and Ethan were great and I was very impressed.

Called and spoke to someone right away. She was new and still learning but she was polite and able to help me right away. We needed an outside outlet added at the office. They came out the next day. Introduced themselves to everyone and got right to work. They did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient. The new outlet looks great and works very well. I had emails and texts about the appointment and reminders and updates on when they would arrive. The entire experience was above and beyond.

I was pleasantly surprised throughout my experience with Chesapeake Electric. Another service had scheduled and cancelled my appointment within 24 hours leaving me with a short window to deal with an issue. Chesapeake had me scheduled in short order and my Service Crew Ethan and Tre ( sp not certain sorry), were great. Courteous and competent throughout the service call. I got my money's worth with the trouble shooting AND we got a lot done in 1 day!. There was even an unanticipated hiccup that resulted in Ethan needing to double back to troubleshoot and fix a fix, which he did graciously and in a timely fashion. I was impressed by Ethan and therefore with the company, happy employees make good customer service experiences, this was a lovely marriage of technical competence and excellent service. Thank You.

My husband and I had just moved to our new home and there were a few things that needed to be installed and just checked up make sure everything was safe and running smoothly. A bunch of electrical things that we needed kept popping up last mi the but Russell and Trey came out and took care of us! They were on time, safe, fast and efficient with their work. We now have our beautiful new light fixtures, outdoor lights, new outlet put in and soon we will have them back out for a few other things we plan to get done. We couldn’t be happier with their work! Thank you Russell and Trey you guys are the best!!

Kris was thorough, professional & knowledgeable. He took the time to go over options and resolved our issue with minutes of arriving.
