Kris and Gary did a great job wiring a Smart Home Panel for an EcoFlow Whole Home Battery Backup Generator. This is a fairly new product and it was their first time wiring this device and they went through it methodically and patiently using the manufacturer's documentation that was not fully descriptive. Mike Greene was invaluable in troubleshooting an issue to get the system on line. Great team to work with!

EDIT: I still think the services are a bit pricey, but in looking back on my old review and in light of recent service, I need to say that the stuff I asked for on two separate occasions was done as quickly as possible and professionally, and went super quick from scheduling to being finished with the appointment. I’m very pleased with all that was done to fix up our kitchen and bring things up to code. That warrants bumping my 4 to a 5, but I’ll leave my original thoughts below after my first service appointment which might’ve been a bit premature considering how much I appreciate the quick and solid work for the time and money spent. A bit expensive but they came out at my convenience, laid out potential packages, listened to my concerns about the work, and completed installing my new 50-amp line fully across the house within the day. If you want it done right now it’s hard to beat Chesapeake’s timing and service.

This company hires only the best They answer the phones with a smile, you can hear it in their voice. Ethan and his partner ( can’t remember his name ) were efficient and explained what the problems was and how to fix it . All options were considered . I even learned about wiring and Leviton wall sockets that day and was encouraged to watch you tube videos to learn more. Good company , good customer service !

I was pleasantly surprised throughout my experience with Chesapeake Electric. Another service had scheduled and cancelled my appointment within 24 hours leaving me with a short window to deal with an issue. Chesapeake had me scheduled in short order and my Service Crew Ethan and Tre ( sp not certain sorry), were great. Courteous and competent throughout the service call. I got my money's worth with the trouble shooting AND we got a lot done in 1 day!. There was even an unanticipated hiccup that resulted in Ethan needing to double back to troubleshoot and fix a fix, which he did graciously and in a timely fashion. I was impressed by Ethan and therefore with the company, happy employees make good customer service experiences, this was a lovely marriage of technical competence and excellent service. Thank You.
