I was pleasantly surprised throughout my experience with Chesapeake Electric. Another service had scheduled and cancelled my appointment within 24 hours leaving me with a short window to deal with an issue. Chesapeake had me scheduled in short order and my Service Crew Ethan and Tre ( sp not certain sorry), were great. Courteous and competent throughout the service call. I got my money's worth with the trouble shooting AND we got a lot done in 1 day!. There was even an unanticipated hiccup that resulted in Ethan needing to double back to troubleshoot and fix a fix, which he did graciously and in a timely fashion.
