Great service. They installed an outlet for a new garage door opener and got my fuse bix up to code. Came back a few days later when I couldn’t get my garage lights on. The lights worked but I had 2 switches so they deactivated one. I would hire them again. Great company

I had great experience from beginning to end. After being indirectly contacted by SPAN, Ryan immediately reached out to learn more about my project and scheduled time to visually inspect. The next day, Ethan came by visually inspected, designed feasible options and walk me through the proposals. He considered my potential future projects, recommended additional safety precautious and gave me details about a future product that I inquired about. Normally, I'm accustomed to contractors providing quotes days later. Ethan provided four quotes spanning from my future needs to my initial request. Because I spoke with other contractors, I feel the price was in range and Ethan was not attempting to over sell me on unneeded things. Price aside, it was very important that I felt as though whom ever I hired was familiar with the products. I was impressed with both Ethan and Ryan's knowledge of the SPAN SMART panel and the Tesla wall charger. Speaking with other contractors I wasn't sure if they were completely familiar with the functionality of the products particularly the SPAN panel. On day three, Jimmy accompanied with apprenticeship (sorry don't recall your name) to make the install. They were just as knowledgeable about the products and did a great job with the installation as well as making sure my apps were correctly set-up. My goal was two install two universal Tesla wall chargers to my SPAN Smart panel. We recently purchased a Rivian, so two EVs are now in the home.adding a second wall charger was more involved than I would have expected. Again, the team did a great job with my project and I look forward to working with them in the future.

A little pricier than other options, but the work was done well and fast. Would definitely use them again.

Ryan spent three hours diligently testing everything in our house to find the mysterious cause of an outage. In the process, he confirmed what others had warned us about - our elecrtric panel in the basement was living beyond its time. We signed up for complete rewiring of our plugs and switches along with a new electric panel with power to spare. Kevin and Shannon did the work in 3 1/2 days. They were so much more than competent and professional. They were sensitive to the safety needs of our three cats and worked quietly and efficiently. Based on our experience, we would recommend Chesapeake Electric. We are very happy customers.
