We called Chesapeake Electric when we lost power in all outdoor outlets on the back of the house.(Not surprising with the weather, but…) Mike and his team came out(at the agreed upon time), assessed what needed to be done and did it in one visit. They also identified other issues in our wiring and gave us a no-nonsense appraisal of the priority for repairs. Mike worked with his team seamlessly. Mike clearly and patiently explained everything to us and suggested alternatives at different cost levels. We signed a very reasonable maintenance plan with Chesapeake to keep all of our electrical ‘stuff’ safe. Not for nothing, Mike is a straight-forward guy, who says what he’ll do and then actually does it.

William came out as an on-call technician and we are so thankful for his expertise and professional service. He checked all our outlets meticulously to ensure our safety and gave us advice on how to use our space heaters during a weekend with no heat in our home. He was informative and friendly and we will definitely work with him again. We are glad Chesapeake Electric could respond to urgent calls. Thanks so much!

Chesapeake Electric has the best team I've ever contracted with from customer service to sales, to electricians. They are courteous, professional, timely and knowledgeable in all aspects. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great installation of a 5-tier crystal chandelier in 20 ft. ceiling in my foyer and removal and placement of another chandelier in my stairwell. Fantastic job!
