We realized on a Saturday morning at 10:30 am that we had no outside electricity and were hosting a party at 2:30 pm that day. I called several electricians until I reached Chesapeake Electric. They had a technician here by 12:30 and the repair was completed by 2:30, as promised. There was also a follow up appointment two days later to complete the work.
The technician, Casey, was very professional and extremely polite and did everything possible to get our power back on in time for our event.
We are pleased with the efficient and thorough service and our only complaint is the very expensive price. We realized that a Saturday service was going to cost more and we really had no choice, but we would probably shop around if we had another non emergency electrical issue.
