We needed to have our electrical panel upgraded and the 2 external electrical service feeds replaced on our home. The team - Kevin, Gary, William, and Matthew were fantastic. I found this company just by using the Internet, but was extremely satisfied with their services. Ethan came to our home the first evening on an emergency call. He wound up restoring our power, but we also had several dangerous situations. Ethan presented us with multiple choices for solutions and was respectful of what we were actually able to afford to do. Emergency service was scheduled for the next day and our team was Shannon and Terry. They too, were very respectful and efficient. They spent two full days at the house, and kept me informed about what they were doing every step of the way. They even worked through lunch and a few hours overtime on the second day so that they could get the job completed. Derek also came to do an inspection and was very informative about the next steps and what was going to happen with Pepco and the county inspectors. I would highly recommend this business!
