I can't say thank you enough for your team of professionals that included Brandon, Zion, Matthew, and Ethan. I truly thought that I had a few burnt electrical outlets needing repair. Ethan identified a safety issue with my electrical system that consisted of most outlets deteriorating and posing a potential fire hazard. Ethan proposed a number of solutions and price ranges that allowed me to address the initial problem and other potential upgrades to my home. I decided to change every outlet in my home. In addition, I updated all the light switches in my home. I decided to add a whole home surge protector plus 2 HVAC surge protectors to this home. Your install team that consisted of Brandon, Zion, and Matthew arrived on time and ready to start as planned. The house is riddled with 2 way, 3 way, and 4 way light switches and Brandon and his team removed, installed, and tested items in the house to ensure they worked to standard. I knew of 2 burnt electrical outlets, Brandon and his team identified other risky outlets. The team made sure that I got a few of the burnt electrical outlets as requested. I will share this information with my neighbors since we had the same builder and potentially the same electrical sub-contractor. Overall, the advice and service that I received from your Chesapeake Electric team was exceptional. I feel that it was well worth the cost to feel safe in my home. I have had several jobs performed by Chesapeake Electric and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our most recent job was to run electric to our backyard for a hot tub, then have them come back to hook up the hot tub when it arrived on the patio.
