No-Wait Scheduling: Respecting Your Time

We understand your time is valuable. That’s why we offer No-Wait Scheduling, which means:

  • If you're the first appointment (8–10AM), we'll let you know the night before.
  • Otherwise, you’ll get updates every 2 hours starting at 10AM.
  • We’ll narrow down your technician’s arrival to a 2-hour window, so you can plan your day with ease.
  • Text or phone call? You choose how you'd like to be updated.
If you gave us time restrictions (e.g. “after 2PM doesn’t work”), we’ve noted that on your account.
