Ethan was a fantastic professional who arrived, took the time to listen and understand the issues we had and came up with a solid plan to repair the issues. He provided us with accurate estimates and, upon obtaining our approval to move forward, commenced correcting all our issues. He was quick, thorough and tidy while performing all the electrical upgrades and repairs. I definitely recommend Chesapeake Electric for your electrical needs.

Kris and Gary did a great job wiring a Smart Home Panel for an EcoFlow Whole Home Battery Backup Generator. This is a fairly new product and it was their first time wiring this device and they went through it methodically and patiently using the manufacturer's documentation that was not fully descriptive. Mike Greene was invaluable in troubleshooting an issue to get the system on line. Great team to work with!

The work Ian from Chesapeake Electric did today was top notch. He was super professional, kind, and well versed in his expertise. He identified some issues that were outside his wheelhouse too that is super good to know so we can get those things fixed. Our new exhaust fan is awesome, and the work done was top notch. On top of that, Ian did an excellent job cleaning up after his work. That should be standard but I haven't found it so and I'm so happy to be treated like we mattered and the work needed to be held to the highest standard.

From the original sales visit/estimator visit, through site survey, interface with business office, and now, the Day 1 generator install, the Chesapeake team has been great ! Derek & the install crew obviously have strong expertise and they were prompt, friendly, polite and engaging, offering clear and detailed answers to our questions. The interface with Derek was the single most positive contractor experience we have ever had !
