The staff and technicians at Chesapeake Electric are fantastic, professional and thorough. We had 2 outlets go out and they were able to diagnose and recommend replacing the outdated aluminum wires that were powering our outlets. They gave us a reasonable deal and we had a lot of our outlets replaced. Technicians Jimmy and Germaine (I hope I spelled his name correctly) were awesome and exceeded my expectations. They were thorough and professional. After they left, I thought I noticed an outlet not working in the garage that had been replaced and called and technician Jimmy turned right around to address the issue. It turned out that I had made a mistake and plugged in the wrong device thinking it wasn’t working. The new outlet was fine. It was my error and Jimmy was understanding and professional about it. Our family will be doing business with Chesapeake Electric going forward as we have signed on to their yearly home advantage plan. Thank you to all the staff and technicians at Chesapeake Electric!

Very friendly and professional staff. Listened to what we wanted and got everything done just as we wanted. They were very thorough with every aspect the job. After completing the work they took us the the entire process and showed the work was properly completed and everything was working perfectly. Will definitely be my go to for any future work

I found myself in a bind on Saturday afternoon; I needed an electrician - quick. I didn’t have much hope because of it being Saturday and on top of that, it was mid afternoon. I called Chesapeake and they dispatched an electrician who arrived at my house within a half hour. He did an outstanding job and went far beyond the call of duty. Not the cheapest contractor, but you get what you pay for. Thanks Chesapeake!

Brian and the team at chesapeake electric went above and beyond from start to finish. I lost power in certain parts of my living room and kitchen, including the ceiling light and fan and of course the outlet that controls my router / modem for internet 🙃 as soon as I called chesapeake electric I was greeted with friendly customer service who understood my urgency and sent me one of the best as soon as Brian was selected for the call he contacted me immediately with an ETA and to touch base. my man listened to a quick story of what caused the issue and he quickly calmed me down upon his arrival he was super polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and most importantly helpful. he quickly identified the issue and got to work while explaining what caused the problem on the inside I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
