Service was top notch. Jermaine did an excellent job. He took the time to explain in detail what he was doing and walked me through the installation process. I highly recommend his service.

Professional, polite, and honestly a joy to have around. Our tech was Cristian, and he went WAY above and beyond the call of duty for a house call. He made sure to make me comfortable, explained everything I had even the smallest question about, and showed pictures and showed the appropriate MD code to boot with everything he suggested. These guys are phenomenal. A little expensive, maybe, but this is the price someone pays to get it done right the first time. Legitimately don't know if I'll go with anyone else, moving forward, even if the price is better, simply because these guys are so good.

Chesapeake is very professional company. They evaluated all of the electrical systems in our "new" old house, gave us comprehensive plans for upgrades and maintenance, and were efficient, helpful and speedy in their work.

The technicians Matt and Brian were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! The work order required some adjustments and Matt was very helpful explaining the adjustments and kept the work flow going and they cleaned up and completed the work order very professionally and efficiently. Would recommend. Had electric redone in son's house. 1st day technician came out did an inspection and preliminary work. Sat down with us and told us what we needed and offered us a few diff packages approx 2k to over 9k. Work was done professionally and on time. I previously had written here that much to my chagrin there was a misunderstanding with the charges and total cost. Today I Received a call from Chesapeake Electric and the situation was made right. I appreciated the call and the integrity and honesty of the business I am compelled to change the review to 5 stars.
