I found myself in a bind on Saturday afternoon; I needed an electrician - quick. I didn’t have much hope because of it being Saturday and on top of that, it was mid afternoon. I called Chesapeake and they dispatched an electrician who arrived at my house within a half hour. He did an outstanding job and went far beyond the call of duty. I lost power in certain parts of my living room and kitchen, including the ceiling light and fan and of course the outlet that controls my router / modem for internet 🙃 as soon as I called chesapeake electric I was greeted with friendly customer service who understood my urgency and sent me one of the best as soon as Brian was selected for the call he contacted me immediately with an ETA and to touch base. my man listened to a quick story of what caused the issue and he quickly calmed me down upon his arrival he was super polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and most importantly helpful. he quickly identified the issue and got to work while explaining what caused the problem on the inside I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chesapeake Electric sent a superb Master Electrician and technicians on a full rewiring of our old home. A few weeks later we had others come out to do additional work. Jimmy, Terry, and Kevin, all Master Electricians, and Shannon and Trevor the technicians, were friendly and hard-working, often from morning until late afternoon. We can say many wonderful things about each of them, but this would take too long to write!
