Pretty much every company is closed, and one emergency service said they will call us back but never did. Chesapeake Electric not only took our call but was able to stop by within hours. Ethan and his associate were so nice and professional. Did the testing and were able to point to BGE because the problem is on utility side. I wouldn't know that if they haven't told us. I had sparks come out of my light switch, called this company and within a couple of hours, had a technician out at my house. Happy with the work done. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly and at a time that worked. Had outlets replaced that weren't working, outdoor lantern replaced, and whole house surge protection installed. Zach and Jordan were professional and did a fantastic job. They were very patient and and helpful. Prices were a little high but they did provide multiple options which you could choose from. Would use again.
